Learning process monitoring

The volunteeris taking part in the international projects have a special formular where they define what they want to learn during the participation in the project with its all parts – preparation, realization and evaluation. Then they are involved actively in all the parts and after each part they evaluate what new they learnt and write it down. There is always help, support and counselling in case of need. At the end of the process there is meeting with the person to summarize all the things he or she learnt and to see how to continue, how to omplement it to the CV and what other benefit it brings.
