The fence of the cemetery is renewed, the issue is succesfully solved with the help of the volunteers reflecting on a real need. The volunteers were  recruited among disadvantaged people who are primarily used to be the target of volunteer actions but not the particiapnts. Therefore their  involvmnet in the action was a great thing. 18 homeless volunteers were involved in useful activities. The volunteers had a very positive experiance, their self-confidence is incresed, they felt themselves useful and their social competences are strengthened. The host organisation’s attetion is redirected to the the target groupe with multiple disadvantages.
