Volunteer programs operated on national level.
The involvement and sensitization of the employees of a given company towards social problems. It is a workday when the employees do physical work in groups to help the work of the institution/organization, development of infrastructure.
Continuous contact, collation, demand assessment with the new or extant partner companies.
According the occurring demands and aspects of the companies ( how many volunteers, geographically where will be the hosting place, which will be tasks and with whom), finding the potential hosting places, collation on the field, assessment of the performing tasks, drafting the needed materials. Collation of the program’s transaction, the needed preparations, the daily activities, time and task assignments.
The allocation of the tasks, and the materials need for the tasks, orientation and coordination by the ÖKA staff.
The majority of the companies do not vindicate the posterior assessment, but if it, it will happen some days after the program, in tender of a personal discussion between the ÖKA and the company’s employees who are responsible for the program.
The majority of the companies do not look on their voluntary activity as a part of the company’s external communication, so they do not publish this kind of news.
There are companies, who use internal communication tubes, and they usually make short-films on the events, and they share it on the internal network
