1) The (recruited) volunteers participate in a training program where they get all the important information about volunteering. After that the Foundation enters into  contract with the volunteers then the coordinator provided by the Foundation prepares the annual festival calendar with all the events where it is worthwhile to show up and do promotion. Volunteers may freely apply to certain festivals according to their interests and free time.  After that the volunteers work together in small groups and decide the image of the information stand, the marketing materials and possible games/activities for the chosen festival. After each festival the coordinators organize a meeting where together with the volunteers they evaluate the promotion on the festival, which method turned out to be the most appropriate and what other new ideas can be collected.

Beneficiaries: citizens participating in the festival, who are interested in volunteering and become acquainted with the idea of volunteering.
