The program takes place in Csongrád county mainly in the city of Szeged, but in the county’s other settlements as well.
The program aimed at training and coaching multiplier volunteers who are motivated to promote the idea of volunteering during a lesson in secondary schools and institutions of higher education with the methods of experiential and non-formal education
1) The (recruited) volunteers participate in a training of 16+9 hours. The 16-hours training gives general information about volunteering. The 9-hours training provides methodological knowledge about how to present theoretical knowledge to young people in a more practical way. The training is followed by an exam basically to give a class to the other multipliers who are involved in the training. After a successful exam the Foundation enters into a contract with the volunteers. The Foundation keeps in touch with schools, higher education institutions and asks volunteers to give classes via the coordinator. Mentors and professional clubs are provided by the Foundation.
2) Activities: promotion of volunteering during a lesson of 45 or 90 minutes in an interactive way.
3) Beneficiaries: youth, high school and university students who become acquainted with the idea of volunteering in an accurate way by the multiplier volunteers
